How the Practice Fits Together
Make the deal side and the build side speak the same language.
This field changes fast, and so do its costs. Cozmopolitan Advisory keeps working out what frontier technology costs, how it gets licensed and partnered, and how teams deploy it on budget.

The Unit Method
Find the unit, name the owner, prove it before you scale.
The deal and delivery frameworks both use it, and the Insights apply it in public, so everything shares one logic.
- One unit, one price tag. Pick one unit of work and put a price tag on it, for example one resolved support ticket. You get one unit and one target price. The business sponsor owns it, with us. Produces: the unit.
- Deal map. Map who supplies what, on which licence, at what price. You get a deal map. We own it. Produces: the licence terms.
- Operating model. What is the operating model? Who owns it, who runs it, who pays, and how it is checked over time. Named owners sit in a Centre of Excellence, the one team that carries the AI model from deal to delivery. The CAIO owns AI policy and use cases. The CIO owns the platform and security. The Head of Deployment owns the path from pilot to production. Produces: the owner.
- Pilot vs pass mark. Their technical team builds and runs the pilot. We monitor it. You get results against a pass mark. The Centre of Excellence's technical team owns it. Produces: proof of the unit.
- Cost per task. Measure the real cost per completed task and compare it with the target. You get a measured cost, and the case to renegotiate. The Centre of Excellence owns it, and we confirm the number. Produces: the confirmed unit and the case to re-price the licence.
